"There is an old saying about how the strength of the wolf is the pack...it's not the talent of the individual players,
but the talent of the unit and how they all function as a whole."
Football is no exception.
A man's training, should be continuous and as possible as it can be, detached from subjective and empirical sources. Same principal applies to a football coach. A coach should raise questions and examine, throught critical thinking, every new piece of information, in order to efficiently utilise and adapt the theoritical part of knowledge to its practical application. In general this means, that seminars and training days should be productive in relation to the way coaches think - the process - and not just be another "copy-paste" function.
Constantly educating and working, with different age categories of men's or women's football teams and academies, changes the perpective and scope of coaching and evolves your thinking process. The key is to always evaluate yourself and self-criticise.
